Carbon Partnership - Projects
Carbon Partnership projects focus on enabling effective and positive changes in resource management decisions and practices to maximize climate change mitigation and adaptation outcomes. This work encompasses:
- The facilitation of effective and ambitious decisions concerning climate change response measures in an international and domestic setting (policy & education)
- The development of exemplar projects to prove concepts in the climate change innovation space (including carbon project design and development)
- Building capacity among resource owners and businesses to better manage climate change from a mitigation and adaptation perspective (facilitation)
- Enhance an understanding of climate change science and policy, to enable an understanding of the risks of climate change and what can be done about it (education)
- Provide comprehensive information resources to stakeholders involved in climate change decisions and response measures (research)
